Commentary — I was going for the Andreas Gursky look here: a somewhat abstract photograph of a natural scene. Since Gursky’s large prints sell for millions of dollars (really) I thought I’d try it as well. Originally entitled “Florida Dolphin”, I decided that the beach and its environs were the subject, not the lone dolphin. The webpage doesn’t show the dolphin well, but a Gursky-sized print would.
